Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Femi9byas tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
